Italian fit, jacket, trousers and visor cap, pattern 1934 belonged to a Captain of the 61st "Sirte" Infantry Division. The Division, formed in 1937, was composed by the 69th and 70th Infantry Rgt. "Ancona" (look at the numbers on the badge of the visor cap) and by the 43rd Artillery Rgt. and in 1940  is deployed in North Africa. In 1941 participates in the defense of Tobruk and was wound up for the war events related to the fall of the stronghold. The fit, found in Rome, is in excellent condition except some minor moth eaten on the trousers but this don't invalidate the fit. The ribbons indicates that the officer had participated at WW1 earning the Merit Cross. Size medium.
