Italian visor cap for a Captain of the 1st Bersaglieri Regiment. Established in 1861 this regiment, during World War II, was on the Greek-Albanian front. Later was in France with coastal defense and police duties. It was dissolved in the Turin in September 1943. Winter headgear 1934 in gabardine gray-green fabric, with a very pronounced "imperial" front. Embroidered frontal badge of real high-quality . The liner marks indicate that the cap was marketed by the Unione Militare in Florence, while the manufacturer was the company Padus (latin name of the Po river) in Torino: "Padus – La Gran Marca".
