Rare drinking water can, 10 litres, for bunker. The light gray color indicates the use by the coastal defenses of the German Navy in WW2, more probably by the coastal artillery. The can was found, along with other material, at a small antique shop (brocante) at Isigny-sur-Mer in Normandy last June.A curiosity: in the first scene of the famous film "The longest day" (Twentieht Century Fox 1962) there are two cans of the same type carried by a mule.
