Enameled badge awarded for the organizers of the National Convention for Bands Singers Accordions Bands and Popular Dancers held in Rome - di Siena square - in May 1938 (16th E.F.) by the O.N.D. (The Fascist institution organizing worker's free time activities) and by the P.N.F. The badge was made of brass and enamel "leveled" by the company "Castelli Cerosa S.A." in Milan. On the reverse, is present the fastening pin with the manufacturer's name. About 5 cm. of diameter. In excellent state of conservation. Curious and unusual item.
