Pattern 1935 helmet of the German Army (Heer) with double decal. Paint with the classic apple green color of the first pattern, was produced from the factory "Eisenhüttenwerke" of Thale in the region of Saxony-Anhalt as the acronym ET printed inside show. This helmet has the reinforced aluminium circle marked and dated 1939, chinstrap marked with manufacturer and dated 1939 too. The rivets are in aluminium never touched and leather cuff shows the name of the owner. The decals are proper of the manufacturer ET recognized as the largest and leading manufacturer of helmets during World War II. The same 1935 pattern design appears to be due, mostly, to this producer. Very nice patina of use. Complete and homogeneous in its entirety. Very good condition for a type of helmet has become very rare to come by.
