Helmet pattern 1930-32 for the Japanese Navy in WW2. Elliptical section helmet with three leather pads for lining and chin strap in hemp for nape, cheeks and chin. Four small holes on the top guarantees the ventilation. Paint with the typical light brown, this helmet has the metallic japanes Navy badge consisting of a cherry flower on an anchor. Below it, it's possible to see some letters engraved probably by the sailor, as well as the one painted on the inner flap. On the back of one liner pad there is the stamp of the size. Very good condition for a very rare helmet.
