Green-grey felt hat for a member of the Italian mountain troops in WW2. The hat is complete with the front badge in black rayon, the typical plume and the wool green tassel. The green color of the tassel, indicates that the soldier belonged to the right battalion of the regiment. The liner of the hat is removed, as was often done to reduce sweating. The brim has the seams made to rinforce it, typical of the wartime hats. Good conditions.
