Beautiful and very rare service cap in gabardine cloth for a M.V.S.N. Lieutenant of the Medical Service. Since its foundation in 1923, the Militia provided itselfs of a Special Medical Service indipendent from the one of the Italian Royal Army. The service cap here showed, with snap fastener, has on the front the embroidered badge of the Milizia Medical Service and the stars of the rank lined in red typical for the medical officers. Excellent condition.
