Parade belt for M.V.S.N. officers (Milizia Volontaria Sicurezza Nazionale). Made in white kidskin leather, black cloth and tinsel. On the buckle imperial eagle with a lictor's fasce in the talons. Lictor's fasce on the loop too. The metal parts are gilded. Medium size. Complete. Good condition.
