Luftwaffe NCO visor cap. The red (waffenfarbe) piping connotes it as an headgear used by German anti-aircraft artillery (Flak Artillerie)) in World War II. This headgear is in very decent conditions, notwithstanding the slight moth of the red piping, at the top, and the loss of small fragments of the edge of the visor.
