German gas cape (Gasplane) made of impregnated paper. Of this material were manufactured gas cape from ' 43 until the end of the war. The cape is marked with the date of manufacture, the size and the initials of the manufacturer (gjm) corresponding to "Neuhaus & Sohn vorm. Wilh. Hohrath & Cie. Stuckfarberei-Appretur. Wuppertal-Barmen, Hatzfelderstr. 12". Rare and in excellent condition.
