Real rare tunic pattern 1940, in cloth called "double face", for an artillery corporal major of the R.S.I. (Italian Social Republic 1943-45). The tunic has the typical yellow collar badge (artillery) with the "three pipes" and  roman republican gladio. On the sleeves the ranks for major corporal. The tunic was modified in time with the closure of the back pocket (shooting pocket), so as was often done in the period. Widely marked inside, the tunic still keeps a small crucifix sewn into the right side, a sort of protection from the “dangers of war”. The provenance of the tunic is demonstrated and guaranteed by a certification, with the name of the owner, found in one of the pockets together with the badge for members of the Armed Forces of the R.S.I. Certificate and badge are obviously sold with the tunic.
