--- SOLD ---
Italian visor cap pattern 1895, of new style, for an Infantry First Lieutenant, as well as indicate by the two silver rank stripes and the red piping. The cross on the front badge indicates how the officer did not belong to a particular Regiment, but was instead probably aggregate to a school for military instruction. The headgear, produced by a tailor shop in via Valfonda in Florence (surname not decipherable unfortunately), is complete and in excellent condition despite the many years past.
