Black cloth side cap for a Seniore (major) of the Volunteer National Security Militia (MVSN). The black side cap, according to 1940’s rules, was not officially authorized although widely used. Front badge and side rank embroidered in golden thread. Beautiful conditions, equal to the new. Medium-large size.
